Application is fully automated and generates recommendations weather to accept or reject the project. Model Supports:

• Both, Equal and Unequal Cash Flow Streams;

• Annual, Semiannual, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Compounding Frequencies;

• Both, Ordinary and Due Annuity Types;

The application carries out not only needed calculations, but also presents users with detailed Tables to track/see cash flows, periodic discount rates, and discounted cash flows.
