Loan Amortization Schedule

This spreadsheet application generates Loan Amortization Schedules. Simply indicate the loan face amount, annual interest rate, Interest/Principal payment frequency (Annual, Semiannual, Quarterly, Monthly, & Weekly), an annuity type (Ordinary or Due) and the model will produce table detailing:

• Approximate payment dates;

• Total payments per period;

• Breakdown of total payment into a “principal” and an “interest” portions;

• Remaining Principal (Loan Face Amount) Balance.

Model also produces “Summary” report that shows:

• Number of total payments (payment periods);

• Sum of all payments during the life of the loan;

The Model CANNOT Accommodate Extra Payments (Payments in Excess of Amortization Values).
